Measure around the circumference of the neck:

S     34.3-40.0 cm

M    40.0- 46.4 cm

M     46.4- 52.7 cm

XL    52.7-59.1 cm 

Washing Instruction

Hand wash in cold water with mild soap. Rise thoroughly. Air dry at room temperature. Do not machine wash and dry.
